Why this role exists
The Configuration, Capacity & Availability function is responsible for ensuring that new and existing services and infrastructure are centrally tracked, can deliver the levels of availability agreed with our customers in service level agreements, and that there is sufficient capacity to meet current and future demand. As a process owner you are accountable for maintaining information about configuration items that are required to deliver IT services.
Role Context
Part of the Service Management team, you’ll provide guidance and oversight on the implementation and execution of effective availability, capacity and configuration management. You will be working particularly closely with our internal teams to help analyze, plan, measure and improve all aspects of the capacity & availability of IT systems and services.
You will have experience as a leader and have solid experience in Configuration Management, Data models, Asset Lifecycle Management and Data management reports.
