Responsibilities:
As a Service Manager Trainee, you will learn and assist with the daily operations of our vehicle service and fleet management functions. Responsibilities may include:
- Inspecting rental vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall condition
- Identifying vehicle makes, models, and basic automotive features
- Coordinating vehicle movement and availability
- Assisting with vehicle preparation and service needs
- Communicating effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Maintaining accurate records and completing required paperwork
- Performing basic mathematical calculations related to vehicle and rental operations
- Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs professionally
- Learning company procedures, policies, and fleet-management operations
