Service Now Developer
Summary
Develops and maintains ServiceNow ITSM modules, implementing incident and problem management solutions while aligning configurations with ServiceNow best practices.
We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to support the ongoing implementation and evolution of our ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge on ITSM modules:
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in the implementation of Incident Management, Problem Management, and future applications in ServiceNow.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure platform configurations remain maintainable, upgrade-friendly, and aligned with ServiceNow standards.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and platform sustainability.
- Support end users during the rollout of new functionalities and provide guidance on platform usage.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow Business Analyst to continuously improve IT service management processes.
- Contribute to platform governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements that add value to the organization.
- Create dashboards whenever needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with development and deployment in ServiceNow
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledge of ITSM Service Now
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and team spirit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- English level B2–C1
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Javascript, REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- ITIL Foundation
