Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions supporting PwC Singapore.
• Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Own the existing Global Integration Demand project, including enhancements, support, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management.
• Manage and support BAU applications and processes, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Deliver new projects and initiatives across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and resolution of complex system issues.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, governance requirements, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and project team members and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Catalog, Notifications, Integrations, and Custom Applications.
• Hands-on experience in working with Glide objects such as Glide form, glide
  user, glide system, glide aggregate.
• Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications across project and BAU environments, including enhancements, production support, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts, including UI development, APIs, web services, and backend integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage.
