Service Now Developer

Build and maintain ServiceNow applications for a public-sector client, using App Engine, Flow Designer, and integrations via REST/SOAP.

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Service Now Developer and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the public Sector.

- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience developing applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience building enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
- Experience supporting production ServiceNow applications and delivering continuous enhancements.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Experience with AI-enabled capabilities within the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
- Communicative English
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with: App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Decision Tables, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
- Experience developing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as PSDS, Case Management, CSM, App Engine, and ITSM or other custom applications is an advantage.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
