Service Now Engineer - (CDI)

The ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, automation, and integration with IT and business processes while aligning with ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM based on business requirements.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Automate workflows and processes.
• Work with an ITIL framework, supporting incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BA, PM, IT Teams, Banking operations to ensure stability and enhancement of the system.
• Demonstrate good organizational, communication and writing skills.
• Keep up to date with the latest evolutions of the ServiceNow platform
Your profile:
• 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Strong IT Service Management ( ITSM ) and product/development experience.
• Familiar with ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.
• Good technical skills & willingness to keep up to date on technological advances.
• Previous experience in the financial industry is highly appreciated.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
