As a Service Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our Electronics Service organization by ensuring smooth logistics operations, customer support, inventory management, and service administration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality operational support to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment and is passionate about operations, customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
物流與進出口管理 Logistics & Import/Export Operations

• 協調零件及電子設備的國內外物流運輸與出貨作業。Coordinate domestic and international shipments of spare parts and electronic equipment
• 管理進出口文件及物流相關作業，確保貨物準時交付。Manage import/export documentation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery
• 與物流供應商、報關行及內部相關單位密切合作，確保物流流程順暢。Work closely with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders

客戶服務與商務支援Customer Service & Commercial Support

• 負責客戶報價作業及應收帳款相關文件處理。Prepare quotations and support accounts receivable documentation
• 管理客戶採購平台及採購系統，確保訂單流程順利運作。Manage customer procurement platforms and purchasing portals
• 擔任客戶主要聯繫窗口，及時回應客戶需求並提供相關支援。Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely support

服務營運支援Service Operations

• 支援維修中心日常營運及維修文件管理作業。Support repair center operations and maintain repair documentation
• 維護正確完整的維修紀錄及營運相關文件。Ensure accurate service records and operational documentation
• 持續改善服務流程，提升營運效率與服務品質。Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes

庫存與資產管理Inventory & Asset Management

• 維護庫存及公司資產相關資料。Maintain inventory and company asset records
• 協調維修工具校正作業及管理。Coordinate calibration management of service tools
• 確保 SAP 系統中的庫存資料正確且即時更新。Ensure SAP inventory records remain accurate and up to date

文件管理與行政支援Documentation & Administration

• 維護部門文件及營運相關紀錄。Maintain departmental documentation and operational records
• 支援跨部門專案及各項營運相關工作。Support cross-functional projects and assigned operational tasks
• 主動發掘並提出改善機會，持續提升營運效率。Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
