Service Parts Coordinator - Contract Term
Employment Term : One (1) Year Contract
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis. Who to support our inventory and distribution operations. You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability and smooth service operations for technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Perform daily inventory transactions, including goods receipt, stock transfer, rental & picking and stock adjustments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to Parts Manager
- Ensure timely distribution of parts to service technicians/dealers and customers
- Work closely with service teams to ensure parts availability for repair and maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records in the NERP/WMS system
Other
- Monitor and follow up on urgent and backordered parts requirements
- Support counter parts sales during lunch break hours.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory / warehouse / parts operations
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
