Barberino Nissan is seeking a dependable, motivated Service & Parts Porter to help keep our departments running smoothly. This hands-on role includes driving customers home, picking up and delivering parts, moving vehicles, and providing an extra hand wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle service customers safely to and from their homes, workplaces, or other approved local destinations.

• Complete parts runs, including picking up and delivering automotive parts and supplies.

• Verify parts pickups and deliveries against accompanying paperwork.

• Move and park customer and dealership vehicles carefully and efficiently.

• Help maintain an organized service lot and keep access lanes clear.

• Assist the Parts Department with unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory.

• Support service advisors, technicians, and parts staff with day-to-day tasks.

• Keep service, parts, and customer areas clean and orderly.

• Perform general errands and other duties as assigned by management.

• Treat customers professionally and handle their vehicles and belongings with care.

• Follow dealership safety procedures and traffic laws, and promptly report vehicle damage or concerns.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets dealership insurance requirements.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Friendly, professional attitude and good customer service skills.

• Ability to follow directions, manage changing priorities, and work well with a team.

• Ability to safely drive and park a variety of vehicles.

• Ability to perform duties involving walking, standing, bending, and moving parts or supplies, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

• Previous dealership, delivery, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
