Service Porter

As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Assist customers with valet parking and retrieving their vehicles
• Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Drive vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises for customer pick up and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
• Fueling vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
