Position: Service Porter

Position Summary:

The Service Porter plays a key role in the dealership's customer service experience by ensuring vehicles are handled with care and the service area remains clean and organized. This position is responsible for greeting customers, moving vehicles as needed, and supporting the service team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.

• Move vehicles to and from the service drive, parking lot, and service bays.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer lounge, and parking areas.

• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as requested.

• Assist with shuttle service for customers as needed.

• Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure all cars are parked in designated areas.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers when required.

• Support service advisors and technicians with various tasks.

• Report any vehicle damage or service issues immediately.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
