Service Porter

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a service support role. This position plays an important part in delivering a smooth and professional experience for customers while helping maintain an organized, efficient service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle movement, parking, and retrieval as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and customer areas
• Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with day-to-day operational needs
• Ensure vehicles are properly staged, moved, and documented according to dealership procedures
• Monitor inventory flow and help keep service lanes clear and efficient
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any concerns or damages promptly
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and contribute to a positive service experience
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles of varying sizes
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
