We are currently looking for a Service Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving environment, where you will play a key role in supporting service account management, coordinating maintenance operations, and ensuring smooth service delivery. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in service project coordination, documentation preparation, supplier communication, and process management. You will support critical service activities, track maintenance progress, manage spare parts requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient service execution. Preferably, you have experience or knowledge of service coordination or maintenance operations. The ideal start date for this role is ASAP.
  1. Assist the Service Account Manager in daily service coordination and administrative tasks.
  2. Prepare and maintain service and maintenance documentation in a timely manner.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm and track daily maintenance progress.
  4. Organize and process spare parts request forms, and update delivery lead times on a weekly basis.
  5. Support and streamline service process workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Assist in handling service-related inquiries and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
You are an energetic, self-motivated individual who takes ownership, can work independently and think outside of the box. In addition:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Logistics Management and engineering (preferred)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese is mandatory.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
