At a glance

Based in Veghel, part of our Solution Performance Department (Service Excellence), you play a key role in advancing how our solutions perform throughout their lifecycle. As Service Quality Lead, you take ownership of quality performance across the service value chain. You combine hands-on problem solving with a strong focus on prevention and structural improvement.

In this role, you directly contribute to strengthening our Life-cycle Services proposition, shaping both customer experience and operational excellence on a global scale.

Your impact:

  • Act as the trusted expert and central point of contact for service quality and critical issues
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve high-impact quality, safety, and performance challenges
  • Drive thorough root cause analysis and ensure effective, sustainable corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor installed base performance and translate insights into targeted improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen first-time-right execution through data-driven decision-making
  • Convert recurring issues into standardized solutions and structural improvements
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication of technical updates and customer information
  • Represent the customer perspective in escalations and decision-making forums
  • Provide clear, fact-based reporting to support management and quality governance
  • Contribute to the further development of quality processes, standardization, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

You bring both expertise and the ambition to make a lasting impact:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in service, quality, or operations within complex technical environments
  • Strong track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experienced in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, A3, RCA)
  • Analytical and pragmatic—able to translate data into clear actions and decisions
  • Confident communicator who builds alignment across functions and regions
  • Customer-focused, resilient, and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Driven to advance quality maturity, prevention, and continuous improvement

What you can look forward to?

This position offers a competitive salary range of €5600 to 7000 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.

On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:​
