Role Purpose
The Final Quality Inspector (FQC) ensures all repaired aircraft components meet strict regulatory, safety, and organizational quality standards. Operating out of the Gul Circle facility, this role holds vital signatory authority to issue Authorized Release Certificates (ARC) under CAAS, FAA, EASA, and other global civil aviation authorities.
Final Quality Inspector (FQC)- Aircraft Components Certifying Staff
Description:
- Perform inspection of Aircraft Component after repair and issue ARC
- Perform inspection of repair parts paperwork and routings
- Perform quality inspection work as assigned
- Perform C1 or C7 or C17, ratings ARC releases and any other C ratings as qualified
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year in Aviation maintenance.
- GCE O level or NTC 2/3 or Technical Diploma
- Able to qualify to be a CAAS, FAA /EASA and other regulatory as signatory
- Experience in Aircraft Component rating is preferred
- Must have CAAS M9/M10, EASA M9/M10
- Or previously Passed a CAAS approved course as certifying staff
- Candidate must be currently a qualified certifying staff by the CAAS or have the papers that qualify as C ratings – M2-B1, M8-B1, M6-B1, M7-B1, M15-B1, M11A-B1
- Exemption from the above required Certification if he/she had graduated from local Polytechnic/University in Aerospace Engineering within 5 years
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Committed and willing to work long hours
- Good understanding of 5S concepts
- Ability to understand technical documents
- Must have basic computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
