Service Sales Engineer

Kinetic has partnered with a leading manufacturing company who are hiring a service sales engineer to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop service sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and engineering solutions across pumping systems and retrofit projects.
- Promote and sell after-sales service packages, spare parts, and energy-efficient retrofit solutions.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations to secure service and retrofit contracts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, building rapport with clients, consultants, dealers, and contractors.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, production, and service) to ensure timely product modifications, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
- Provide technical expertise and advice on pumps, system performance, and retrofit/energy solutions.
- Monitor local market trends and align activities with the group’s global service strategy.
Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in pump service sales, aftermarket solutions, or retrofit projects within UAE or KSA.
- Strong knowledge of pumping systems, applications, and service processes.
- Proven experience with retrofit, energy efficiency, and modernization projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
