Full-time schedule with appointments between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Your New Role
Serve customers throughout Buda, Austin, Texas 78610, and surrounding areas across Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Help customers understand system performance, energy efficiency, and available improvement options
Recommend equipment upgrades, replacement systems, and service agreements when appropriate
Provide clear, honest recommendations that align with each customer's needs
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
Complete service records and sales documentation accurately
Represent Climate Mechanical professionally during every customer interaction

3 to 5 years of HVAC service experience
Experience working with refrigeration systems
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for HVAC equipment
Ability to communicate technical information clearly with customers
Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
Sales-focused approach with the ability to generate and close opportunities
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends
