Service Solution Manager (SSR) – MRO DP MSSD

Job Description

• Analyze the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements, and explore and improve service opportunities for Wireless service.

• Develop service solutions for Data Centre and Solar business based on customer requirements.

• In sales projects, take charge of solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, holds a background in science and engineering or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Understand one or more service products/solutions especially for Data Centre, and have experience in selling or delivering frontline project solutions.

• Be able to understand and analyze customer requirements and effectively manage customer expectations.

• Have a certain sensitivity to numbers and be able to handle project quotation in the work.

• Have strong communication and presentation capabilities, strong service development awareness.
