Service Supervisor Job Scope:

1. Oversee daily operations of the service team, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

2. Lead and manage a team of service staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.

3. Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

4. Perform daily settlement for POS.

5. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained and stocked.

6. Coordinate with kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
