Requirements
To be a top candidate you:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Will have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
- Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Will successfully pass a background check
