Service Supervisor
1. Operations Management
- Supervise the daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead each shift and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
- Conduct opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and dining ambience meet company standards.
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise, motivate, and coach Service Crew members during each shift.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
- Ensure staff comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, attendance, and performance.
3. Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Resolve service issues effectively and implement appropriate service recovery where necessary.
4. Inventory & Cash Control
- Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies.
- Conduct stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions, and daily settlement procedures.
- Minimize wastage and prevent operational losses.
5. Compliance & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene requirements and company food safety procedures.
- Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
6. Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Monitor service KPIs and recommend improvements.
