Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Service Technician to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of scientific equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective training and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and commissioning of scientific equipment such as microscopes to ensure operational readiness
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to maintain equipment performance and reliability
- Inspect equipment to diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly
- Repair scientific instruments to restore full functionality and minimize downtime
- Deliver operation training to customers to enable effective and safe use of equipment
- Prepare detailed reports for customers documenting service activities and equipment status
- Communicate work progress and technical issues regularly to the Technical Manager for project tracking
