Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The Leadman will take a lead role including job scoping, troubleshooting, communication with customers and internal personnel, parts liaison and general coordination of the completion of service jobs.

Become familiar with the proper operation and application of equipment that we sell and support and be able to assist customers and other technicians

Perform hands-on inspections of machines with customers and our own product support personnel when required.

Perform and or assist with new machine pre-delivery and assembly when required.

Travel to customer’s job site when required (including off-hours) to troubleshoot machine problems.
- Attend manufacturer training as required.
- Assist in training of new technicians.
- Complete projects as assigned by the branch Service Manager or Regional Operations Manager.
