Service Technician 3 - Rotational

Key position functions include:
- Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
- Experience with hydraulic torque tools and test units
- Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
- Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
- May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
- Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
- Provide customer property repair as required.
- Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 1 year of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
- Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
