Job Summary
You will troubleshoot, service, repair, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to restore functionality and meet customer requirements.
- Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment following specifications and safety standards.
- Perform scheduled maintenance visits according to service contracts.
- Respond to customer requests and follow up on outstanding service issues for proper closure.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, including performing occasional night jobs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience working with commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
- Relevant working experience welcomed.
- Possession of class 2/3 driving licence preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
