What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pool Repair Technician at Gold Medal Pools, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and improve residential swimming pool systems with confidence and precision.
Our top technicians don’t just perform repairs — they discover issues, quote solutions, and generate their own work within the role. This is a production-based position where self-motivation and professionalism directly impact your earnings.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, valves, etc.)
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical pool system issues
- Performing leak detection and repair
- Discovering additional repair opportunities during service visits
- Creating and explaining repair quotes to customers
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Accurately documenting work performed
- Representing Gold Medal Pools with professionalism on every job site
Compensation Structure
This is a production pay role based on billable hours, designed to reward high-performing technicians.
