$7500 Sign On Bonus Offered (Bonus applies to new hires only and is not eligible for anyone employed within the Lithia & Driveway network in the past 24 months.)

• Pay: Entry-level and developing technician positions start around $25.00 per flat rate hour, with experienced technician pay based on skill level, certifications and experience.
• Master Technicians can earn up to $50.00 per flat rate hour.

What You'll Bring

• You don't need to come from a CJDR dealership
• Experience with another manufacturer or an independent repair facility is welcome. Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, European, independent shop - good technicians are good technicians. We'll help you learn the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Stellantis systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
