What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance services
• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
• We prefer familiarity with Porsche dealership operations.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• ASE certifications and Porsche certifications are an advantage
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $18.42 - $62.70.

This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
