- Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per Flat Rate Hourly (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6pm, closed Saturdays and Sundays

What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to repair orders, Lithia standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs while adhering to all safety requirements.
- Conduct road tests and quality checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
- Accurately document repair work, test results, and labor time using company procedures.
- Maintain and manage required technician tools, ensuring special tools are properly returned and stored.
- Utilize shop supplies, materials, and resources responsibly and cost-effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including daily stall cleaning and proper vehicle care.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in clean condition and serviced to the highest quality standards.
- Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through ongoing professional development.
- Communicate with dealership personnel, stay current on technical bulletins and training, and promptly report any safety, security, or operational concerns to management.
What You'll Bring
- Attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality expertise.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
- Manufacturer-trained and capable of independently performing lube, maintenance, engine, suspension/steering, and brake repairs.
- Knowledgeable in heating and air conditioning (HVAC) diagnostics and repair, when applicable.
- Manufacturer-certified in all required repair areas and committed to ongoing technical development.
- Holds at least one ASE certification, with ASE Master Technician credentials.
- Possesses 3–5 years of automotive technical experience and a proven track record of achieving over 100% customer-pay repair proficiency.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
