Service Technician
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport without travel restrictions.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally and to participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- Successful completion of refrigeration/HVAC coursework or equivalent demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, controls, and plumbing practices; experience with industrial chillers or heat pumps is strongly valued.
- Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
- Associate degree or higher in HVAC/R, electrical technology, controls, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Experience supporting technicians or customers remotely by phone, email, or video.
- Experience with chillers, process cooling equipment, PLCs/controllers, pumps, or heat-transfer systems.
