Service Technician
Bevtek was founded in 1979 and is one of the largest authorized Coca Cola service agents in the country. We are a unique business installing and servicing fountain beverage equipment, ice Makers, coffee dispensers and frozen beverage equipment. We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service soda fountain and ice maker equipment at customer locations. This is a home-based position requiring the use of a company vehicle for daily service calls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and providing reliable service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain soda fountain and ice maker equipment at assigned customer sites
- Respond to service calls as scheduled and directed by dispatchers.
- Follow all procedures, safety standards, and service guidelines required by contracted customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members regarding service status and equipment needs.
- Complete assigned work accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company expectations.
- Maintain company vehicle and demonstrate safe, responsible driving practices.
