Position : Service Technician / Engineer (Data Centre Cooling / CRAC & CRAH)
Location : Yishun
Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + $300 Standby Allowance + Performance Bonus + 7-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Install, test and commission precision cooling systems such as CRAC, CRAH and chiller equipment.
Perform refrigerant charging, leak checks, piping, electrical connections, airflow testing, humidity control and alarm verification.
Integrate cooling systems with BMS via Modbus, BACnet or other protocols.
Conduct preventive maintenance including filter replacement, coil cleaning, fan/motor checks, condensate drain inspection and humidifier servicing.
Check refrigerant levels, compressor performance, electrical panels, safety controls and system readings.
Troubleshoot and repair faults such as compressor failure, fan motor issues, controller errors and refrigerant leaks.
Replace faulty components including compressors, TXVs, fan motors, PCBs and related parts.
Respond to emergency breakdown calls and provide timely onsite support when required.
Prepare service reports, maintenance logs and technical documentation.
Provide basic operation training to customers and coordinate with OEM support for warranty or technical matters.
Ensure compliance with safety and refrigerant handling requirements.
ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience in precision cooling, CRAC, CRAH or chiller equipment preferred.
Knowledge of refrigerant circuit diagnosis, electrical schematics, BMS integration, VFDs and EC fans.
Able to use diagnostic tools such as manifold gauges, multimeter, thermal imager and leak detector.
Good customer service, communication and reporting skills.
Willing to work on 24/7 on-call standby, travel to sites and support data centre environments.
