Responsibilities for this position include:
- Onsite and Workshop-based servicing of fleet
- Installation and removal of components
- Conducting technical inspections and job
estimations
- Undertaking maintenance, diagnostic and repair-based
activities
- Sourcing technical information from available
reference manuals, OE and computer-based systems
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely maintenance
and/or repair

Due to this position placing a priority on customer service,
your ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients in a
pleasant manner is essential.
- Able to demonstrate experience with EWP’s (Elevated
Work Platforms)
- A team player with excellent communication
skills
- Able to work under pressure and be effective in
time management
- Proficient in technical problem-solving skills
- Capable of working autonomously
- Well organised, efficient and have a history of
achieving results in a challenging environment
