Service Technician (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and overhaul of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment.
Conduct inspections, testing, and failure analysis to identify technical issues.
Perform field service, troubleshooting, and maintenance at customer sites.
Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
Support customer visits, equipment surveys, and technical evaluations.
Manage spare parts, tools, inventory, and warehouse activities.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics for equipment and components.
Work actively with ERP system for transactions, inventory accuracy or annual stock taking
Maintain workshop equipment, measuring instruments and calibration records
Qualifications:
Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in servicing pumps, mechanical seals, or rotating equipment is an advantage
Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
IT-skills: SAP ERP and MS Office
Good communication skills, English language is a plus
Organized, hands-on, and self-motivated working style.
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required.
