Service Technician / German Specialist (£34k Basic | Tesla/EV Funded Training | Early 4:30pm Finish | Worthing)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £34,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS & Early 4:30 PM finish every Friday)

Role Overview Seeking a skilled German Service Technician & Car Mechanic to join our award-winning workshop team. You will be responsible for executing precise manufacturer-standard servicing, thorough multi-point health checks, and routine maintenance across top-tier German engineering to exceptionally high standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent technical qualification).
• Proven track record as a Service Technician or Mechanic with keen attention to detail.
• Solid foundational knowledge of routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and service reset procedures (German brand exposure is a huge plus).
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Location & Commute

• Base: Worthing / Sompting border (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic position offering fast, direct commutes across West Sussex and the coast.
• Public Transport: Excellent connections via local transport links and nearby stations.
• Commutable From: Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, Brighton, and Horsham.
