- Position: Service Technician – Home Appliances
- Location: Ubi
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
- Working Hours: 8.45AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.45AM to 12.30PM
- Salary: Basic up to $3,000 Basic + OT
- Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent

- Our client is an established service provider supporting home appliance maintenance and repair across Singapore. They are seeking a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose faults, perform repairs and provide professional onsite service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair home appliances at customer homes and offices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and functional checks.
- Explain repair findings and required services to customers.
- Prepare service reports and repair cost estimates.
- Use appropriate tools and test equipment for troubleshooting.
- Attend technical training and support other service duties when required.
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related discipline is advantageous.
- Basic electrical or appliance knowledge will be useful; training will be provided.
- Good troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Able to travel to customer locations across Singapore.
- Able to safely handle and move appliances occasionally.
