Service Technician II

Great technicians do more than fix equipment. They make customers glad they called. At Franklin Water Treatment, we’re hiring a Service Technician II who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and knows that every installation, repair, and customer conversation represents the company. You’ll earn $26 to $28 per hour, based on experience, with overtime eligibility, and have the opportunity to put your mechanical skills and problem-solving ability to work where they will be valued.

As the expert customers count on, you’ll install, maintain, and service residential water softening and treatment systems while delivering five-star service from the first hello to the final walkthrough. What you will be doing
Follow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures including but not limited to the following:

This role requires regular use of your hands and arms, and be on your feet, moving between sitting, standing, and walking. Frequent, you may need to stoop, kneel, or crouch and frequently lift items weighing 50+ lbs.
