Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in servicing commercial roofs for maintenance and repairs.
• Able to communicate and write effectively in English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance standards.

Physical Qualifications

• Lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work at heights greater than 15 feet.
