Service Technician

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for performing inspections, repairs, and service work across our remodeling projects—making sure every job meets the highest standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Scheduling & Management: Coordinate inspections, repairs, and service appointments with homeowners
• Customer Communication: Provide regular updates, explain project scope, and answer homeowner questions
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Conduct maintenance and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Installation Support: Deliver materials to job sites and install windows, doors, and related components
• Documentation: Update all necessary notes, photos, and documentation in the company CRM system
• Team Collaboration: Attend production meetings, share field insights, and participate in ongoing training
• Quality Assurance: Ensure customer satisfaction and complete punch list items as needed
• Problem Escalation: Notify management of any challenges or roadblocks that require input or resolution

Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

• Prior experience in window and door installation or service required
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools on both computer and smartphone
• Familiarity with residential remodeling or construction projects preferred

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting in front of homeowners and team members
• Clear, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Time & Task Management

• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Regular use of ladders and standing for extended periods
• Work hours typically between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
