We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician with a "whatever it takes" mindset. Someone who takes pride in doing the job right, treats residents and teammates with respect, and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation and Benefits

$22.00- $26.00 per hour
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone
Up to 50% rent discount at Morgan Properties communities
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Paid rotating on-call participation required
Must be available in the event of snow, ice, or other on-site emergencies

What We Need From You?

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Complete apartment turns and preventative maintenance to company standards
Maintain grounds, common areas, and vacant units in safe, attractive condition
Communicate clearly with residents, office staff, and your team
Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
