Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 120-unit apartment community. Smaller community, real ownership of your work — you'll know the property, know the residents, and see the results of everything you fix. If you're hands-on, dependable, and good at getting to the bottom of a problem, let's talk.
What We Offer:

$23.00 –$25.00 per hour
Morgan Essentials quarterly incentive, $300 per quarter

What You'll Do:

Work service requests and preventative maintenance so small issues never become big ones
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Handle apartment turns — painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Keep the community clean, safe, and looking like somewhere people want to live
Take your turn in the on-call rotation

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Multifamily experience is a plus
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
EPA certification preferred, but not required
Someone who does what they say they'll do, treats residents and teammates with respect, and stands behind the quality of every repair
