Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 120-unit apartment community. If you’re a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and apartment turns, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
$23.00 –$25.00 per hour
Morgan Essentials quarterly incentive, $300 per quarter.

What You’ll Do:
Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Perform apartment turns, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community
Participate in the on-call rotation
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Multifamily experience is a plus
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience
EPA certification is preferred, but not required
A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in a job well done
