What You'll Do

Knock out service requests and stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Get apartments move-in ready for new residents
Leave every resident glad they called, with service that's professional and respectful
Support multiple communities while holding the same quality standard at each one

What We're Looking For

Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required — we'll help you earn it
Someone who can work independently and adapt quickly across different sites
A technician who follows through on what they promise and takes real pride in the fix
