What You'll Do
Take care of resident service requests with workmanship you'd be comfortable putting your name on
Stay ahead of problems through preventative maintenance across the community
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues
Pitch in on apartment turns and make-ready projects so new residents walk into a finished home
Keep curb appeal sharp and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
Take your share of the on-call rotation so residents are covered after hours
What We're Looking For
1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred
EPA Certification preferred, or the willingness to earn it — we'll support you
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance
A technician who digs until they find the real cause, not just the quick fix
Someone residents trust on sight and teammates can count on to follow through
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
