Job Summary
You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ophthalmic equipment while providing user training and technical support to ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission ophthalmic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing
- Perform calibration, diagnosis, and testing of equipment
- Provide user training and technical support
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Follow safety and company procedures
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by senior staff
- Internal or external training will be provided
- Strong teamwork skills required
- Driving licence is an added advantage
