Service Technician
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Accurately diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability concerns.
- Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify concerns and verify repairs.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs, additional work needed, and estimated completion times.
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing training and manufacturer programs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Deliver repairs correctly and on time to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
