Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Service Technician at Redstone at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.00/hr.
- All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
- Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***
