Job Description:
- To provide General Pest Control services to company’s customers.
- Promote effective service arrangements to meet the company commitments to customers.
- Achieve progressive improvement in State of Service.
- Maintain customer goodwill.
- To maintain zero service backlog (meet our contractual obligations).
- To promote greater business opportunities through customer contact/better understanding of customer’s needs.
- To provide and carry out general pest control services to the urban, group estates, mills and all company’s customers.
- To carry out routine maintenance inspections on an agreed frequency of service stated in the service contract.
- Ensure customer’s complaint or termination notifications are attended to effectively and promptly.
- To carry out corrective soil treatment to buildings infested by termite and to provide follow-up treatments.
- To provide technical information and carry out technical presentations on general pest control.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 Year working experience in related background
- SPM/Diploma
- Assistant Pesticide Applicator License (APAL)
- GDL License
- Driving License
- Familiarity with safety regulations and pesticide application technique
- Ability to build relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively
