Compensation & Growth Path
- $18/hour paid training
- Hourly + commission after training

Position Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning and restoration services, including:
- Carpet, tile, hardwood, LVP, and upholstery cleaning
- Air duct cleaning
- Concrete cleaning
- Water extraction services
- Work independently or with a partner
- Deliver excellent customer service at every job
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Properly handle equipment and maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Represent the company with integrity in customers’ homes and business
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of customer-facing or service-based experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Saturdays as needed
