Service Technician
Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
- We are seeking a dedicated service technician who has hand-ons experience in installing, maintaining and troubeshooting equipment.
Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)
- Answer service calls
- Perform 24/7 online and onsite support
- Perform scheduled maintenance onsite
- Perform in-house assembly work
- Perform delivery of consumables and spares
- Write and file keep service reports
- Perform site machine installation
- Perform other tasks as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/NTC/ITE in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in assembly, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting automated equipment
